Along your tour, pretend you are a buyer (even if you are not selling). Take notes of the items that need touch up, fixing or updating. Cleaning and removing the clutter will go a long way. If you're thinking of moving, this is a must for any seller. Buyer's make buying decisions within the first 60 seconds of viewing your home. It may be subconscious, but it's true.
