I was at the Trailhead Members Club yesterday returning my produce box for Chow Locally. It's a great service that brings fresh local and mostly organic produce nearly to your front door. It's delivered to the Trailhead on Mondays and you bring in your empty box from the week before and pick up a new fresh box. We've been enjoying a nice variety of produce this summer: apples, peaches, melons, carrots, cucumbers, squash, sweet potatoes, onions, kale, chard, basil and quite a bit more! What is really great is that you sign up on line. The week prior you are sent an email that gives a list of what to expect for the coming week. You can opt to have the order placed or put the week "on hold". You can place future weeks on hold based on your travel plans etc. It's very convenient and I love that the produce comes from family farms in AZ. If you haven't tried it yet, you should check it out.
